My name is Tina. I am graphic designer/ art director based in New London, CT. My passion for the past fourteen years has been design and every aspect of it. I love being able to cultivate an experience for people, from print to user experience. Perpetually curious, always growing and adapting to today’s dynamic environment, and remaining flexible make me an asset to teams.
I’m continually inspired by traveling and food. I love immersing myself in new places, experiencing different cultures, and sampling local delicacies. It refuels my curiosity and allows me a different perspective to my designs. Experiencing different cultures has pushed me outside my comfort zone furthering my design skills in new and unique ways. I am grateful to do what I love and share these experiences through creative design. Check out my instagram: tina.graphics
I had the pleasure of working with Tina for several years. Tina is an exceptional designer with a terrific eye for typography and fluid page layout. She has a great eye for color and composition. She also knows how to deliver on a deadline, which is critical for a designer. On top of all that she is always eager to learn and very easy to work with.

I had the pleasure of not only hiring Tina but sharing an office with her for over two years. She is a hard worker and takes more pride in print than almost anyone I know. She is cool under pressure - this I know because the work together was very fast paced and intense. We were sorry to see her move, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a seasoned, designer's designer

Tina joined us in her sophomore year as a student worker with non-design-related duties. She demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and a positive work ethic from the beginning, as well as an open and pleasant personality. She readily took direction and completed work in multiple areas of the department, including print production and customer service. As that first year went on, Tina shared her design classwork with me regularly and I was increasingly impressed. Eventually, we shifted more of her work toward design projects for our unit and then our customers. Through her senior year, she produced flyers, posters, cards, CD label art, and a broad range of other print publications. Tina helped us see the potential of design as an added-value service and became the base we built our design service offerings on. Today OSU Printing & Mailing still employs a team of design students.

In 2010, Tina contacted me and asked if we could use her at The Valley Library on a temporary basis for some design work. We had enough projects in queue at that point to make this mutually beneficial. With us for just over a month, Tina completed multiple print projects, including posters alerting patrons to upcoming renovations, a postcard for an OSU Press book launch, and a flyer welcoming incoming students to the university, among others. She interacted with staff, faculty, and design students and impressed them all favorably with her professionalism, elegant design style, and creativity. Tina has expanded her horizons, both professionally and personally, through supervisory experience and international travel. She adds to her design skill set consistently. She is extremely capable and skilled and I recommend her wholeheartedly for employment.
