MARINE CORPS COMMUNITY SERVICES-IWAKUNI
Led an international design team responsible for the marketing and advertising of a $50M organization. Delivered diversified services to the military market, supporting an installation of 9,000 personnel.
-Assisted in designing a clean and responsive web experience for mccsiwakuni.com using WordPress. Some of my duties include: rebranding, wire framing, web experience, visual design, color scheme, typography and layout.
-Collaborated with Digital Media team for seamless transition from print design to website and television. Some of my duties inclided: digital sliders, templates, and approving all digital designs
-Led a team of three graphic designers for the monthly publication, The Preview magazine. Oversaw planning meetings and photo shoots for monthly covers and stories. Final layout proof approval
-Directed the design and overall look and feel for four years for an annual international relations event and air show that attracts 300,000 + people; created poster, program guide, towels, shirts, online/ print promotional ads for magazines and local newspaper, as well as souvenir coins; efforts resulted in Awards for Publication of Excellence in 2013
-Conceptualized and designed a Silver Award winning design for an annual wine event, Red, White & Food; Bronze Award winning yearly publication, Guide to Iwakuni
